Terms and Conditions
All reservations must be for a minimum of 7 nights in mid & high season (March to October), and 4 nights any other time.

In order to confirm your booking we require a deposit of 25% of the total booking.  The outstanding balance must then be received 1 month before the start of your holiday, we will send you a reminder for this.  Where bookings are made at short notice (less than two weeks before the start of your stay), payment must be made in full to secure your booking.

Cancellations
In the event that you need to cancel your booking, we require a minimum of a month’s notice, otherwise we will have to keep your deposit.  We are a small business and late cancellations particularly during the height of summer cost us dearly if we are then unable to re-rent the place.  If you have to cancel after you have paid the full balance, we will be unable to offer you a refund unless we manage to re-let the farmhouse for the dates that you had reserved, in which case we will give you a full refund.
